Most Mastee pieces are made specially for you, so shipping times can vary a little depending on the item and where you’re located.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking email.
Tracking can sometimes take a few hours to update.
Can’t find the email? Check spam/promotions first.
Still nothing? Email us at support@masteestudio.com with your name and shipping address and we’ll help out.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If you notice a mistake, email us ASAP and we’ll try our best to update it before it ships.
If the package has already shipped:
- you may need to contact the shipping carrier directly;
- returned packages due to incorrect addresses may require a reshipping fee.
Unfortunately, we can’t refund or replace orders sent to the wrong address entered at checkout.
Once Your Order Ships
We put a lot of care into every order, but once a package is handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.
That said, if something goes wrong, we’ll always do our best to help with tracking, carrier info, or anything else we can.
