Mastee Return Policy

At Mastee, every piece is made specially for you.
Most of our products are produced in small batches or made-to-order, meaning each item is created specifically for your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Because of the custom nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • incorrect size selection;
  • change of mind;
  • personal preference.

However, we’ll happily replace or refund items that:

  • arrive damaged;
  • have a manufacturing defect;
  • arrive incorrectly printed or shipped.

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at

support@masteestudio.com

with:

  • your order number;
  • photos of the issue;
  • a short description of the problem.

Please note:
There is no need to return damaged or defective items.

Shipping Costs

  • Replacement shipping costs for damaged or defective items caused by us will be covered by Mastee.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

  • custom-made or personalized products are generally not eligible for return unless defective or damaged;
